As a trained Life Coach, I’m committed to supporting you as we identify and remove blocks, eliminate excuses, and discard limiting beliefs that block your way to a satisfying and powerful life. I bring compassion, strength, spirit, and the ability to connect, providing you with coaching that truly alters your life.
As a result of our work together, you will experience breathtaking success as you find a new career, establish a new business, successfully expand your existing enterprise, and/or step into new and renewed relationships. I particularly enjoy working with people who are in transition – whether it be career, relationship, midlife, or retirement. Together we will create permanent shifts that open up worlds of possibility for you.
My coach training is with Accomplishment Coaching, an Accredited Coach Training Program with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am a member of the ICF, which is the industry leader in setting standards for coaches. My background is in education; teaching Japanese to all ages from pre-school to college. I have an MA in Teaching Foreign Language from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and was an East Asian Studies major at Wesleyan University. Recent course work includes paralegal and psychology studies. I have a son in college and a daughter who is a high school student. I am deeply involved in my daughter’s dance studio, enjoy gardening, and love to read historical fiction. I live and work on the amazingly beautiful Bainbridge Island, located in Puget Sound, a half hour ferry ride from Seattle.
